Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Dr. Neal explains how a holistic approach is used to identify causes and support chronic fatigue.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is defined as severe fatigue not improved by rest. It can become difficult to engage in daily activities, such as exercise, or even make it a struggle to get out of bed.  Other symptoms can include problems with thinking or memory, digestion or pain, or headaches.  It can continue for years before becoming severe, which can make it difficult to diagnose in traditional healthcare.

In this video, Dr. Neal shares a holistic approach to assessing and understanding the underlying systems that affect chronic fatigue.
