The human body has innate intelligence and wisdom. A symptom is simply the body’s way of communicating an imbalance. My goal is to help identify the cause of your illness and provide the building blocks to restore your health.

Dr Litsey’s approach to care follows the idea that symptoms and disease are evidence of an imbalanced mind-body system.  The goal with naturopathic care is to identify and remove obstacles to cure and to provide the building blocks for the body to restore and heal naturally.

Dr. Litsey uses a variety of natural therapies with her patients including herbal medicine, homeopathy, vitamin and nutrient repletion, biotherapeutic drainage, and diet and lifestyle counseling.  Dr Litsey works in partnership with her patients to discover the source beneath the symptoms.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Litsey enjoys hiking in the foothills, harvesting medicinal plants and creating in the kitchen.
