Days 15-28 (ovulation to just before bleeding, aka luteal phase): eat 1-2 Tbsp of freshly ground sunflower & sesame seeds.

?No cycle? Follow the moon phases! Consider the 1st day of the new moon your “day 1” of menstrual cycle and the 1st day of the full moon your “day 15”.
