This is an app that you can add to your phone or you can go to https://insighttimer.com There are many free and paid meditations on this website. A great one to start with, especially during this time, is Sarah Blondin’s, “Learning to Surrender.” Her shorter meditations are free, and it is nice to listen to such a calming voice guiding you through a meditation during this time of great change. Sarah Blondin also released a new meditation, A Message of Hope in Challenging Times.
