Ginger Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 4-inch section of peeled Ginger root, cut into small chunks
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- celtic seas alt to taste, or organic tamari
Blend in blender until thoroughly liquefied.
This sauce can be used to roast root vegetables, as a condiment for steamed vegetables, a dip for raw vegetable sticks, thinned with lemon juice for salad dressing, or as a flavoring for soup.
