Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches
- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh young mint leavs
- 5-10 medium sized fresh basil leaves, to taste
- 3 1/2 cups water OR 1 cup coconut milk plus 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp. HMF super powder granules or 1 1/2 tsp. of Enterogenic concentrate
- +/- 1 tbsp lecithin
Blend until herbs are small green flecks.
