Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh young mint leavs
  • 5-10 medium sized fresh basil leaves, to taste
  • 3 1/2 cups water OR 1 cup coconut milk plus 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp. HMF super powder granules or 1 1/2 tsp. of Enterogenic concentrate
  • +/- 1 tbsp lecithin

Blend until herbs are small green flecks.
